Legal Disclaimer: expoHOST is not a registered economic operator (company) in Europe. We operate as a facilitation platform. The costs for the services presented on our website are transferred directly to our infrastructure providers.
Our team members are professionals active in various companies across Europe and Canada. Therefore, the funds collected are used specifically to maintain and pay for the servers purchased from our data center partners.
2. Infrastructure Partners
Your data is hosted on professional hardware located in Tier-III and Tier-IV data centers. By using expoHOST, you acknowledge that your information and services are managed through:

- Hetzner Online GmbH: Dedicated servers and storage solutions.

Data center security and GDPR compliance are guaranteed by these providers at the hardware level.
3. Data Collection
We collect minimal information necessary to facilitate your access to our servers:
- Personal Identifiers: Name and email address used for account management.
- Technical Logs: IP addresses and browser information for security and anti-fraud purposes.
- Service Usage: Information regarding the specific resources (disk space, bandwidth) you utilize.
4. Financial Transparency
Because we operate as a facilitator, we do not retain profits in the traditional sense. All service fees are allocated to:
- Monthly server lease payments to OVH and Hetzner.
- Software licensing (cPanel, AzuraCast, WHMCS).
- Maintenance of the facilitation platform.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data as long as your service is active. If you choose to discontinue your service, your personal data and hosted files will be permanently deleted from our system and our partners' hardware within 30 days of the service expiration.
